Rob Sheridan Took a quick road trip out to Vegas this week for a friend's wedding, and we got to take a helicopter ride into the Grand Canyon. I snapped a few photos of the incredible desert landscape while I was there:

After 1st seeing many fotos for most of my life and then actually being there.....I tell everyone that pictures are not able to capture how it feels.
Now I have to change my long held opinion.
Your fotos are fabulous. Anyone that has been there I think will agree.

West or South Rim? What lense did you use? I hit the South in Feb. I got there too late to take the helicopter though. (I missed the "Dam Tour" (Hoover) the day before and by the time I took it again, and made the four hour trek to (GC), it was late afternoon). You're so lucky you can just run over there to take pics. These are GORGEOUS, as ususal Rob. Thx for sharing them.

Right upfront and personal, best way to film live concerts, you captured the energy. Blumpy's pulled out the best audio mixes I've heard for live videos too, very powerful, much more in your face then the BYIT or LITS recordings.
