The new Tamron 70-300 VC lens is coming!!! This lens has an incredible image stabilization system built into it (I got to play with one in early July) and is a fraction of the cost of a Canon or Nikon. This lens should start shipping at the end of the month.

Rockbrook Camera For all you Nikon D90, D5000 and D3000 users out there Nikon will be putting on a seminar called "Snapshots to Photographs" in Omaha at the Marriot Hotel in Regency, Wednesday October 20th fom 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the show, for now you can come into any of the the stores to pre-regist...er, we'll have more info coming shortly.
Dee Cummins Went to the Lincoln store fully expecting to pay at least $40.00 for a camera cable to download my pictures. My heart sunk, when they said they didn't have one...then he sold me something $20.00 cheaper and works better! Thank you Camera Man!
