Ronzoni Overdone pasta? Put it in ice water for a few minutes to stop the cooking process. Then reheat in tomato sauce. The acid will perk it up further.

Here's a recipe for a 15 min Alfredo sauce: In a medium saucepan combine 1 pint heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, and 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium-low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken upon standing. Buon appetite!

Ronzoni Did you know you can use onion to sweeten a tomato sauce recipe? Before making your sauce, cook half a minced onion and a little garlic over medium- low heat (about 10 minutes). This will sofen and sweeten the onion. Then add your tomato products.

Polish Lasagna... bag of Rotini cooked according to directions, 1 bag of Sauerkraut, 1 pound of Polish Sausage sliced in chunks, 1 jar of sliced Mushrooms...Do Not Drain, 1 stick of Butter & 12 oz.shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Combine all above in a stockpot. Heat on low/med until butter/cheese melt and sausage & kraut warm through. Keep a close eye on the heat and stir often as the cheese will stick & burn. Serve with crusty bread.. Quick, Filling & Delicious :)

And America wonders why it's fat? LOL I go with the whole wheat thin spaghetti, mist of extra virgin olive oil, fresh sliced zucchini and yellow summer squash, diced onions, grape tomatoes cut in half, a can of reduced sodium fire roasted diced tomatoes, diced pieces of marinated chicken breast that I grilled, mix and enjoy!
