Yew boys and girls, I've not played for a while and have recently returned to the game, i'm a second row but don't really enjoy it to much and recently played a game in the backs, at 13 and loved it. i can imagine your serratus andterior muscle doesn't work and that your shoulder girdle is not doing what it should do, otherwise it will activate by second nature. i have this on the right side and have to work real hard, otherwise i just get a massive left tit.

Jonathan Hi guys, i play centre, wing and fullback, and i am trying to improve my power ratio, i do not want to put on too much bulk as this will slow me down and reduce my agility which is pointless for a back, any tips?

Hey to increase you power you don't need to up the wieghts, try performing the exercises your doing now but with a more explosive movements. e.g. on the chest press lower the weight down to your chest as normal but perform the upwards movement rapidly, your muscles will learn to exert strong forces quicker i.e increasing your power. Make sure you still use good form, gd luck mate x
