Safelite AutoGlass Nearly 30 associates from our corporate office came together to audition to be part of our upcoming holiday card. The electronic card, which will be sent to customers and associates in mid-December, will feature the vocal stylings of this Safelite choir.

I'M NOT A FAN, but becoming a fan was the only way I could write on the wall. My entire experience from the first phone call, to the repair, to the
last phone call was a nightmare. Thanks to them, I now have to replace
my entire windshield at my own expense because they were not willing to
replace it after causing a NEW 6... inch crack in the wind shield. I will
NEVER use their services again; I will NEVER recommend them to anyone;
and I will warn my friends NEVER to use Safelite Autoglass. Their name
should not include the word "safe" because using their services is
anything but safe.Read More

Evelyn Adams My passenger window suffered from a thrown piece of gravel while mowing, and Safelite in Lafayette, Louisiana was courteous, friendly, and professional. As promised they began work at our scheduled appointment time. They did a terrific job and it didn't take quite as long as estimated. I've used them before, and this is why. Thanks Triumph and Safelite in Lafayette on Pinhook. You folks rock!!

Christopher Safelite did an excellent job replacing my rear door window smashed by a thief. They were quick, courteous, accurate and informative throughout the job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs window/glass replacement. To make the process go even smoother, have good insurance coverage so you wont have to pay much if at all. I paid nothing.
