I'm still such a newbie at this whole running thing that the double loop was fine by me...as long as my feet are moving, is all that really matters ;-) Like you said, the route is versatile and makes it easy to run more or less depending on your training needs. I'm also with Eric, it's just nice to have the extra running company!

As far as I'm concerned, Halloween falls in the Holiday events because even if you don't have kids, you'll have left over candy from the Trick-or-Treaters. :)

Hmmm. The days are noticeably shorter compared to summer. The temperature is significantly cooler. People are moving into their winter sleeping/waking habits (those people who are more productive when it's dark out are productive earlier, etc.)... Why not say it extends to eating habits too? Sure. I'll buy that.
