Kurt Purchased Christmas Cards from the Lemay Ferry Store in Saint Louis, MO. They didn't have the foil envelopes, as advertised. Unfortunately, I didn't find out until I was at home and time was of the essence. I have since called customer service. I was told on the 26th that I would receive a call in 72 hours. I neve...r received that call. Today (the 29th), I was told that I would receive a call from the local store determining how they want to handle this. Is this really that difficult of an issue to take care of? I would appreciate it if I could get customer support from the Sam's Club social media folks on this issue.
