Dislike. Am I wrong but aren't cell phones already super expensive AND taxed by the FCC? A better idea for revenue generation would be to turn the rittenhouse building (still empty) into a fee-for-use parking garage and ban cars from pacific avenue - that would generate quite a bit in parking fees & fines.
