it's good move and not too late. Please show that PR has capable, trustworthy n knowledgeable leaders to govern our country. Plenty of issues need to be resolved before next GE. Recent negative publicity on PR is not helping u guys.

Solve the problem at the start of it: They should not be there at the first place. Look at the solution at the start rather than fire-fighting at the end.

This i disagree. Pursuit of knowledge can be done on own initiative, in own time, pace & resources. If kids manage to go to college/uni.. take double/triple diploma or degree if you like. No one said about limiting one's potential, its capping officially recognized subjects, so that every students have common yardstick, to progress to next stage in life.
