Anybody can ask Max a question and you will not be required to login, but there is a zero tolerance policy; any profanity equals a chat room ban. You'll be able to ask questions in the chat room by text or by video. Instructions for both below.

How to ask Max a question in the chat room:

To submit a question via text, simply type in your question in the chat dialogue box and then hit send.
To submit a question via video/webcam:
- Select the webcam button on the bottom right of the chat app. If you get a prompt, select "allow" and then "close."
- Once video of yourself appears, select the red "Record" button and begin asking your question.
- When done, select "Stop."
- Review your video and then hit the "Send" button to send your video into the chat room.
