The Scatterblog
After an off the chain label launch that saw our first release played by party bombers Crookers, Laidback Luke & Diplo. Scatterblog brings the party once again! This time with the one and only Euro mad-man Rico Tubbs.
Rico Tubbs started with a boom back in 2002 on Menu music when the debut 12″ p-funk inspired fartbass a...nthem “Flashlighter” was released. That opened the flood gates for steady flow of bassheavy party beats. Blending various genres of dance music and combining them under one big party banner of bass, some essential “Ricos Rave Juice” ingredients include: House, Speed Garage/Bassline, Baltimore, Indiedance/Electro, Olskool Rave & Dubstep.
With his DJing being nothing shy of awesome, he was voted the best electronic music DJ in Finland for 2006 & 2007 and has blown away massive crowds all over the globe, including smashing the Good Vibrations tour here last year.
Scatterblog will bring the rain for this show as our boys:
SLAP & DASH (mu-gen & scattermish) have been working on a new 4 deck set for the discobelle mix up. They tested out in Auckland the other week to a real sweaty dancefloor. Its BONKERS, dont miss as they aint performing it again until late Jan at Scatterfest. Huh? whats that.....?
PAZ aka boss-man, big daddy inspiration, church of 1 is finishing what he started early this year. As usual he will play a set of tunes u wont hear again until everyone else catches
on in 2012.
MAT CANT is also fresh back from bruising another cities ego after he smashed Sydney last week. He will be dropping bit+pieces of his new mix cd all over the dancfloor. Beware!
LEWIS CANCUT has been a production powerhouse made of elephants, monkeys and bird calls. Im tipping the greatest opening set of ur life will include all the above animals plus a lil thing we like to call Bobby Sock Slut..
