I would like to make artists aware that SCENE will be sending out an official call for submissions in early January for an exhibit entitled Pocket-sized, and, for an exhibit entitled Photocopied. These exhibits will run concurrently during SCENE's second show for 2010. In terms of specifications, the title for the ex...hibit Pocket-sized speaks for itself; media is open, but the piece must be "pocket-sized." For the exhibit, Photocopied, we will be accepting photocopies. While the submission must include all of the standard information, the actual photocopies, if accepted, must be anonymous, and unframed. Subject matter is open, though tasteless, graphic, offensive subject matter will receive little to no consideration.
The dates for this exhibit are March 12th through April 25th.
No submissions will be considered or accepted until after the official call for submissions has been released. Emails and/or submissions received prior to the official call will not be considered.
