We are very happy to announce Oliver Bullock as our visual designer. Oliver is a highly respected and award-winning designer in the Marching Band, Indoor Percussion, Drum Corps and Winterguard activities. He was the drill designer for Vanguard Cadets from 1998 to 2006, and is currently Visual Caption Head and Designer ...for Beyer High School and Director of Frente Winterguard (http://www.facebook.com/frentewinterguar
