Founded in 1903, the Seattle Symphony is one of the oldest and largest cultural institutions in the Pacific Northwest. From September through July each year, the Orchestra is heard in beautiful Benaroya Hall.

This last weekend's guest conductor, Ludovic Morlot, offered an amazing selection of pieces: Prokofiev, Martinu, Dvorak, Haydn. Really enjoyed his post-performance talk, and the "Czech meat" sandwich analogy for the selections; with Prokofiev and Haydn being the bread! Great work Seattle Symphony!
