Seize Great North Run done and dusted in two hours three minutes which considering it was scorching sunshine is not too bad. Paying for it big time with serious sunburn in the shape of my running vest!. £400 raised for Macmillan. Thanks to everybody who sponsored me Paul

Hello everyone....this is Paul.
Just a quick note to let you all know that I'm taking part in the Great North Run - the worlds biggest half marathon - this Sunday (20/09).
I'm running in honour of my Grandmother - who died last November, and... in a spooky coincidence it's the 7th anniversary of my Grandfathers' passing... away on the same day...anyway, I'm running as part of Team Macmillan, who are a cancer charity (if you didnt know)...if you'd like to sponsor me and support a very worthwhile cause please click on the link below:
