we're a french company and we have ordered a web space with domain name : jdd-traiteur (14 mounth), we've payed by paypal and we don't have a confirmation yet from servage. we have sending a payement confirmation by email so if can u send to us the confirmation of our order or send to us an available email address. sincerly

I have been with them for a couple years. I have 40+ domains and quite a few email accounts hosted with them. Last night I was uploading a new website and half way through, their gui crashed and when i tried to log back in, it logged me INTO SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT! I have no idea what happened, but now when I try to log into my account, it won't recognize my account username or password or my business email address. They have no idea what happened and when I finally got an email back from support, they said they couldn't find my account, but did find the other guys account somehow. They just got hacked or something. There is no phone number to reach anyone on. It's now been almost 18 hours and I still don't have access to my hosting account.... this is ridiculous!
I just changed my hosting account to another host. (not going to plug them) They have live chat to answer any questions immediately. No more waiting 2 days to hear back via email!

With Servage tied on 17 August 2006, and actually travel to hosting companies just ended on that date. Throughout history, I had literally just a few minor requests for service, which were resolved very quickly, and thats just great esteem for the company Servage. And I hope to stay as long as you maintain the level of customer service I know so far. And I believe that they will. I wish, however, that Servage added new language in the control panel server. At one time I made almost a complete translation of what was to be performed for their local customers. If it were possible, we will be glad to gather to design and popracuję on this issue again. I greet warmly loved the whole team SERVAGE.NET.

I am not sure what problems people are having, but I have been with them since 2005 or 2006, can't remember. I have never had an issue.
