The Bay View Opera House (Oakdale and Third Street) is offering free classes on Afro-Cuban drumming every Tuesday in January from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Drums, bells, shakers and sticks will be available at every class. It was free family portrait day at Intersection for the Arts on Saturday evening. Aside from being free for families, the photos taken by Joan Osato and Rebeka Rodriguez will be used to decorate the set of their new play, “Mirrors in Every Corner.”
