"The Buddha said that whoever sees a dharamkaya (the essence of knowledge and compassion) stupa will be liberated by the sight of it. The breeze near the stupa liberates by its touch, and the tinkling of the small bells hanging on the stupa liberates by its sound. Having the experience of this stupa, by thinking of one......'s experience of it, one is liberated through recollection." - H.H. Dilgo Khyentse RinpocheRead More

Shambhala Mountain Center Sunny, warm day. Insurance agent came up from Cheyenne to take photos of the Stupa for insurance purposes. Can you imagine insuring a Stupa? He was blown away by it, actually beside himself and wants to bring his family back to see it. We'll have to change the byline to "liberates insurance agents upon seeing".

Shambhala Mountain Center Harmony Brings Fearlessness-Chogyam Trungpa The main point of meditation practice is learning to be a proper human being, which is known as being a warrior. When mind and body are joined together in your practice, then you are joining heaven and earth..., and you can be a genuine warrior. This quality of harmony will bring fearlessness.
