Shanghai Restaurant For those of you who were wondering House Special Pan Fried Noodles is where we take soft lo mein noodles and pan frying it. What you get is a crisp lo mein noodle still soft in the center served with shrimp, sliced beef, sliced white meat chicken with fresh mixed vegetables in a brown sauce all over top the pan fried noodles.

Orange Sauce - dark brown sweet and tangy made with roasted orange peel
Honey Sauce - creamy white honey served with honey coated walnuts
General Tao Sauce - balanced between sweet, spicy and a slight tangy
Szechuan Sauce - chinese chili sauce with a touch of garlic
