Shaolin-Do Association Elder Master Leonard will be holding his annual winter seminar on Saturday, December 12th. This year he will be covering the abstract concept of Pushing Hand sparring, also known as Tai Chi sparring or Sticky Hand sparring. Come learn why Tai Chi was developed by Chang Sang Fung and learn to dominate your opponent simply by touching them!
