Shoegaze
I saw the Fleeting Joys when I lived in Hollywood. I wasn't a fan of their live show. Decent recordings though.
Listen to Achtung Baby and you'll know why.
It's a fashion because there are already pages for the music aspect of Shoegaze and none for fashion.

Shoegaze Picky picky. The reason most of those bands are up is because Shoegaze wouldn't be the same without half of those bands as influences. Take a chill pill... it's "just a list". Shoegaze isn't some damn Indie kid piss contest. I'll put some under an influences category.

Shoegaze
I'll agree on Sigur Ros but as far as The Cure they're more of a Post Punk/New Wave/80's Goth band. The Verve were definitely more Shoegaze in the early days. Their album "A Storm In Heaven" is awesome Shoegazeyness. You should check it out. Here are some links to some of their old music...

Shoegaze I started this page to connect to more Shoegazers, so if you're a fan of Shoegaze feel free to befriend me. My name is Nathan Hughes. The scene that celebrates it's self lives on, forever!
