On Nov 15, 2008, the High Council of Sigma Nu Fraternity re-chartered the Theta Iota Chapter at MTSU. The chapter is now active and is in good standing with the Fraternity, Inc., Theta Iota Alumni Chapter, and Middle Tennessee State University.
