Phillip Delgado I love Snapfish and have ordered over $1000 in prints in the last year and a half but in the last few months over 60% of my prints (8x10s) come damaged. I tried switching to FedEx two day from USPS but they still are getting creased on the corner. Wish there was an option to pay extra and have them shipped in a box protected with plastic wrap and cardboard like Kodak does with their Professional Online Prints.

Robin I know I read in one of my snapfish emails that you could get your pictures from fb to snapfish to print without having to download them all again onto the website...anyone know how to do that?? I seem to have deleted that email...

Ranay Myers I still don't know how to do my pictures as my daughter does it for me when it comes to ordering and downloading my pictures onto computor but I'm always happy when they come in the mail as they are always so nice-perfect colors a vibrant colors always.
