Ariana Julian I am wondering what NASW is doing to help SWs with the job market. In CA, its disastrous. There are some County or State jobs bvut they are very difficult to actually apply for. I have 5 years post degree experieince and I cannot take the licensure exam. Few employers have LCSWs who can offer supervision. Its a mess.
