I really like to make myself a chocolate smoothie. It is perfect after a training session on the track in 90+ degree weather. I am allergic to dairy, so normal milk could be substituted.
4 Tbs Chocolate soy or hemp protein powder
2 Bananas
1 cup Almond Milk
3 cups frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, bl...ackberries)
Blend well and enjoy!
I also love to go to this really great Mexican restaurant and order a big burrito with chicken, beans, rice, guac, salsa.....Read More

River Road is an awesome ride alongside the Hudson River, then back on to 9W (last shot) where you can continue on up to Nyack.

Heather Barth Probably one of the most epic rides we've done....we had a birthday party ride for my husband with all our employees from our shop. These falls on on private property, so no open access to it but I just had to share!

My most amazing ride had to be the America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride in Lake Tahoe last June! We arrived in Tahoe on Thursday to rain and 40...not fun riding weather. On the morning of the ride it was not raining but about 40 degrees at the start. We began our 100 mile journey and suddenly the sun broke from the cloud...s and the day just got better and better! I climbed the first set of switchbacks and at the top it felt like I was riding in the clouds! What amazing scenery and pristine, crystal clear blue water in the lake. At mile 70 I enjoyed a great lunch by the lake and then began the climb up Spooner Summit! A 10 mile climb to the top of the mountains! Such an acheivement!! It was such a moving ride that day and our team raised over $40K for Leukemia and Lymphoma research! It was so memorable and incredible that I will be back again this June to ride again :)Read More

Meagan My most memorable ride was a trip to the You Yangs with the girls.. We rode uphill first and I was nervous and sussed out *every* dip/berm/bump/log.. And got off and walked over the ladder bridges (?) - too scary! On the way back down everything just flowed so smoothly and I nailed the bridges even :D Was sensational fun!

Teresa This by far is my most memorable ride. It's a trail called Canyon Creek in Golden, BC, Canada which is just west of the Rockies. I've also included a short video of one of the most memorable spots. The trail is fairly easy but the views are fantastic and I will definitely do it again next time I'm in that area!

Janeen Here's a story (with video I took at the bottom) about a ride I did recently that was just top shelf. I've had some great solo adventure rides, but this one was just the perfect mix of amazing scenery, awesome people, and a fantastic vibe (and a great cause). Gonna do it again next year if I can, and highly recommend it.

My mouth is hanging open like an overhead bin on a turbulent flight, all slack and dumb and gobbing for air. I become aware of a pool of saliva hatching escape plans, gathering near the tongue and waiting for the opportunity to drop over my lip.

Stephanie Helline@stephanie deserves the care package and much more...I'm AJ from her story and she has been a cycling buddy like no other. She started riding with me when I road a 40 lb. hybrid and weighed over 100 lbs. more than I do now! Now that I'm faster, I truly understand how tough it must have been for her to ...ride all those miles at 8-12 mph slower than her regular speeds and I appreciate her support even more.Read More
