When it was your turn to speak I said to myself that I was glad it was your turn and not mine. You had to stand up and speak at the worst possible time. It was the end of the day, the end of the conference and you could smell lunch waiting for us just outside the doors. In spite of all of that you took command of the room, got everyone's attention and put on a two hour class that kept a room full of "D's" glued to their seats. You have knowledge and the gift to be able to share it. I was proud of you grasshopper.

Whenever I have the opportunity to hear you speak at a realtor conference, I do so. Your command of the subject matter is only exceeded by the clarity in which you deliver the material. You have the unique set of communication skills to simplify the complex. Great work at the Las Vegas conference.

James once again you were amazing this weekend when you presented at the Star Power Advance. I have heard you speak many times and while you are always terrific, you were absolutely fantastic on Saturday. The information on social networking and social fusion is so relevant; and you explained it so that everyone could understand and apply the ideas right away. I finally understand how you use this tool to layer on top of other media so that you are creating meaningful relationships. Your presentation is energetic, thought provoking, solution orientated and shows how to use this as a tool, rather than it being the focus. You are a dynamic speaker, use great visuals to make your points and your interaction with the audience creates engagement and real learning.
