Chris Starkey I've been through all the carriers and have been with Sprint for 3 years now and will NEVER go back to any other carrier. I have nothing but a great experience from purchase to support. If I have a complaint it would be with corporate stores. Once you buy they could care less about you unless they are making money. I use a local reseller and get the best service in the world!

Frank I've been a Sprint customer for SEVERAL years now, and have definitely 'duked' it out with them many times in the past - my biggest complaint with them now is reception issues... but overall I must say within the past year or so they have DEFINITELY made Huge strides in customer service and satisfaction.
Ryan Bazant i had sprint for about 3 yrs. and then went to alltel and alltel sucks major league. wouldn't honor insurance. sprint however does, i dropped my phone into a lake and they fixed it!!!!!!!!!!!!! sprint is the best!

Asureon, or whatever the insurance companies name is, is a horrible company. I had to go through 2 phones and still am having problems. They said this phone was not refurbished and was new. WHY AM I STILL HAVING PROBLEMS. I am so sick of calling and dealing with this. I'm tired of mailing phones and activating phones. ...My only wish was to receive a phone that works. I really think the best thing for me to do is save up and cancell my 2 lines. This is the most tiresome and annoying process ever.Read More

I have a Samusund Insticnt s30 and cannot upload the new software that gets sent over to me. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen on it. I called customer care and told them what the problem was and that I had dropped it and they tell me that I need to take my phone to a store that they have been having internal... problems with this type of phone. I go to 2 different stores and finally get sent over to a repair shop. There I'm told they can't do anything because it was dropped. Why does customer care tell you one thing and the guys in the repair shops tell you something else. If they know the issue I'm having has been happening in several of these phones why can't they just fix the problem?Read More
