NO photos from any New Voyages: Phase II film shoot may be posted anywhere without prior permission from the producers... namely Sarge or I. This includes released episodes and episodes still in production. Folks attending our film shoots sign a non-disclosure agreement and are told of this policy when they arrive... a...nd again, and again, and again during the shoot.
Pictures you find posted have either been approved or are in violation of this policy and Sarge and I should be informed of their existence.

Star Trek: New Voyages/Phase II I would think that if the shoot in question is from an episode that has already been released, then it should be okay. I know STP2's forums have asked that photos not be uploaded on the internet for episodes still in production, so we'll respect that here also.
