Rita I am very disappointed in my first experience with Stash Tea. I love their product, however, they did not fill my order correctly. I ordered some things to be sent to someone else as a gift and gave their information. Stash Tea sent the order to me instead of sending it to the person to whom I had specified. I call...ed them and the only thing they offered was to resend the order to the correct person and for me to send back the package they sent to me. I am not happy that I have to find a place to send this back to them as that is the very reason I requested it be sent to the other person in the first place---so I did not have to mess with it. BUT, I think the very least they could have offered was to send it Express mail or throw in an extra box of tea. They did not make any offers of restitution. I don't think I will order from them again, even though I like their product.
