This program is designed as an introduction to leadership for students looking to enhance their leadership skills. Students spend six weeks identifying these principles by participating in interactive sessions, looking at current leaders in today’s global environment and reflecting on effective leadership of the past a...nd present. The Emerging Leaders Seminar is offered three times this semester on Main Campus and once this semester on the Ambler Campus, making it an easy fit for your schedule!

**Please note: The first session and the last session will go until 5:30 pm. All other sssions end at 5 pm.

The Emerging Leaders Seminar will help students:
•Understand that leadership is a process rather than a position and that everyone holds leadership potential
•Analyze contexts that influence the leadership process (i.e., characteristics of self and others, society, organizations) and relate insights to the application leadership in everyday life
•Recognize the ethical components of leadership
•Personally conceptualize and apply The Leadership Challenge (2007) Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership
