Got a
great study abroad story? Know someone who might? The 2009 Student Diplomat
Video Contest is your chance to share your study abroad experience, tell the
world how you furthered global understanding, and win $300. The deadline has recently been extended to December 15. The contest is open to U.S.
undergraduate stu...dents who are currently studying abroad or have recently
returned from a study abroad experience. Videos should focus on how their
experiences have helped to advance global understanding and shaped them as
global citizens. Participants are also encouraged to consider how their study
abroad experience has served as a bridge to cross-cultural understanding,
promoted peace, and positively impacted the local community in which they
studied. Check out this link for more info.
