We were seven lionesses strong! There is a division in our forces right now. Two of us are sticking with Mr T and Kinky Tail (Mapogo /Eyrefield Males) because we have their cubs and the rest of us are on the run to protect our older cubs from them.

There seems to be confusion on which Styx lioness was killed towards the end of Aug 2009...

Styx Pride of Lions Hey, we heard there was some talk going around in the bush about some kind of Ranger Race. Can some one fill us in on this? Should we make plans to attend? Could there be something in it for us?

Styx Pride of Lions Two new big bad male lions thought they would steal our meal and kill our cubs last week. Did they ever get a surprise? One sister took the cubs to safety while the rest of us stood and fought! Eventually the two Mapogo "thugs" showed up. We're not ones to root for any Mapogo but in this case.... Go Get Em Boys!
