not a fan of HOA communities. so if your neighbors house is foreclosed because they didn't pay their dues and they have to move, wouldn't that make every one's that remained HOA'S higher?

my comment is with his intelligence and charisma he deserved everything he got.I recalled a video of him attending church soon after he committed one murder.his defense team once claimed he had a disorder.he was smart enough to plan that performance and killed someone he is guilty as charged.

However,I would have to talk with him before I put him or sentenced him to death to see if he was remorseful.also I WOULD need his medical records proving his disorder.

Pierce is part of "The Committee", the group that is said to "control" Myrtle Beach.

It should further be noted that in their endorsement editorial prior to the run-off elections, the Sun News editorial board chose to use a term that was apparently lifted directly from Starboard's deceptive anti-McBride site and TV ads: "fist-fights" (plural)

There was never "fist-fights", there was only ONE scuffle, in which Wayne Gray was clearly the agressor.
