University of Minnesota Legislative Network On September 11, President Bruininks presented the U of M’s 2010 bonding request to the Board of Regents. The request calls for major investments in building repair and preservation, renovation of Folwell Hall, a new physics and nanotechnology center and American Indian Learning Resource Center (Twin Cities and Duluth, respectively), laboratory renovation, and support for a new biological research station at Itasca.
