Wanted to share some photos (more to come) of the 5 birthday "cakes" that I made for David Evangelista's 40th Birthday Party this past weekend. The event took place at the beautiful Glass House in NYC and was hosted by Garnier to benefit the NY Food Bank. The whole experience was truly amazing and tons of fun..David wa...s such an incredible host and a dynamic guy! Please donate to the NY Food Bank during this holiday season...there are many people and families in need more than ever.

Thank you for the brilliant job you did on my son, Mason's christening cake. My guests kept asking me if the cake was real because it looked so perfect (some even thought the cake was inside of a beautifully wrapped gift box!). Your craftsmanship and artistry with the icing, decoration, and customized chocolate... pieces made the cake a real centerpiece at our celebration. Moreover, the cake was scrumptious and enjoyed by all who tasted it!
