Swimming We went to The Fly's lovely courtyard in East London and did totally different versions of Crash the Current and Panthalassa. Peter became The Petebox for the day and beatboxed through his magic box...

The quintet, including drummer Pete as his alter ego THePETEBOX (if you don’t believe us click here), performed their mammoth single ‘Panthalassa’ and ‘Crash The Current’.

Swimming Thanks to everyone who came down last night...particularly our new friend who came all the way from Belgium. Love On

Good music, good atmosphere, good times...4/5 Daily Music Guide
Location:The Macbeth

Swimming wow -thanks for the messages for the IoW gig - so glad you enjoyed it -we had a blast. Gonna book a more suitable visual display team next time. x

You should send the red arrows a tape mate, their display could've been arranged to your tunes. Worked for us! See ya Thursday 16th.

Tim Wood For me, the highlight of last year's IOW festival was dancing barefoot in the Strongbow tent. This year, me and my friend Kate decided to go back and do the same thing. Whilst dancing shoeless in the tent we saw this group performing and we were bewitched! Not even the Red Arrows and their aerial acrobatics could draw us away from this performance!

Hi Ya, I have been on their facebook, its really cool site, & may even be on guest list when they come to Derby on 16th! how fab would that be! (Ah the memories of when I was young trailing round Belgium in the back of a van with a band.. . )Twas indeed a festie highlight. fully recovered from 4 nights parting and ready for the weekend. Pink wigs and hen nights here I go. Help! ha ha. x

Gemma bravo. massively enjoyed your set at isle of wight. shame you were up against the red arrows lol, but it was ace to listen to. x

Swimming This weekend we have mostly been// kite injuries, camping, swimming in the channel with a man from joff's home town, performing with the red arrows, getting done for speeding slowly, seeing ocelots, watching Pixies, doing The Fly courtyard session, beau sunsets, show time in capital city. PBG.

Swimming - The Fireflow Trade (Album Review) Colourschool Records review by: Iain Robertson Sounding like an electronically tinged blend of Arcade Fire, with Rush, perhaps a soupcon of U2 and a definite ...

Kate Taylor I was one of the few that saw & bopped along to your excellent set at the Isle of Wight. You were robbed by the timing of red arrows. (Soooooo No fair) Note your date for the Rockhouse in Derby & will try and get a posse up. Too good to miss. Most energetic & instantaneous band I have heard in a long time. Top tight guitar sound, should have been main stage...

Mark Lasbury ...and another great review in the Times - well done guys - all looking rosy for you!

Panthallasa combines the tight edgy prog of Secret Machines and ambient soundscapes of Boards of Canada, straddling a line between euphoric electro and 100 miles an hour straight out synth rock.

Swimming Off to the Isle of White, gonna fly a kite.

Swimming Panthalassa played by Mr Huw Stevens on Radio1 last night. thankhuw. You can listen to the whole show here...

Mark Lasbury Hi Swimming - great write up in the NME today! Well done. Weel deserved!
