Texas A&M University Writing Center Congratulations to the winner of the 2009 W Course Teaching Award, Dr. Elisabeth Ellis, Political Science. She teaches no less than 4 upper level W courses and makes sure her students in all get plenty of quality feedback on their writing and time to discuss and share ideas. The award is co-sponsored by the University Writing Center and the Center for Teaching Excellence.
