Some background. Over the last 10 years, our sites have collected a lot of data! These two websites alone host a total of 30,000 files (21.5GB), 1500 keyboard and application downloads (6 GB) and nearly 2 GB of SQL databases. Altogether we are hosting about 30 domains with keyboard and language resources for nearly every continent (sorry, Antarctica, you miss out).

The transition has proven to be quite an operation for our small team. We're moving to a much more scalable configuration based on multiple servers, and shifting non-core operations off the main web and database servers. Our new servers have been tested to take at least 16 times the load of our existing setup - we are looking forward to the improvement in performance!

Tavultesoft We've just published a set of Harari keyboards from Andrew Cunningham at the State Library of Victoria. These keyboards work with 3 scripts - Ethiopic, Latin and Arabic - and use the same keyboard layout across the 3 scripts. Impressive! Thank you Andrew! http://keymankeyboards.com/harari

Tavultesoft You may have noticed that our server's responsiveness has declined recently. This is due to significant growth in the number of visitors to our websites. We are in the process of upgrading to new servers in the next couple of weeks. Please bear with us while we make this changeover.
