Yeah I've read several Zone books. I like the suspicion of grains (veg instead) and I like hs take on fish oil for sure. I do think that for people training hard one needs to eat a lot more than he recommends. Paleo diet is in a similar vein. Have you read any of that stuff?

I wne tot an awesome seminar on bridging the gap between holstic and performance nutrition yesterday. If you are interested will send you some leads.
