Little Tremors headline The Aftershow

This month’s headliners are Little Tremors (http://www.myspace.com/littletremorsmusic). In front woman Camilla Roholm they have a roaring, snarling, superstar in the making. Her boundless energy has drawn comparisons to Lovefoxx from CSS, but instead of electro-pop, Little Tremors... bash out super-charged heavyweight punk akin to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs or The Long Blondes.

Cyril Snear (http://www.myspace.com/cyrilsnear) make their debut at The Aftershow. They have been described by BBC Radio Manchester as “startling, sparkling and never ever dull”, what more could you ask for?!

Next up we have Hans Island (http://www.myspace.com/hansisland). They write acute pop songs with positive and youthful wide eyed lyrical content that are all flavoured with garage punk and shoegaze touches.

The Edison (http://www.myspace.com/theedison) return to play the main stage at The Aftershow after playing their first ever gig in the second room back in April…that’s how good they were!

Secret Moves (http://www.myspace.com/secretmoves) also return to The Aftershow after blowing us away the last time they played.

Completing the line-up we have Warrington-based three-piece, Cheap Cuts (http://www.myspace.com/cheapcuts) & The Moods (http://www.myspace.com/wearethemoods).

And as always we have man about town, DJ Martin McGhee playing floor-fillers before, in between, and after the bands.

In the 2nd room we have the Vince Vega SoundSystem with The Hayley Faye Band, The Words, Sonny Scales, Jakokoyak, The Replicants and Folklore of Birds to come along and provide the music.

The second room will also play host to ‘The Late One’. After all the bands have finished, where do you go? We at The Aftershow are turning the second room at Moho Live into the coolest party in Manchester. This week we have DJ Smithy The Modfather providing the tunes until the early morning. It’s getting late and you’re wondering where to go…now you know!!
