It was a tough course. More music on the course. Thanks to the locals had their car speakers playing!! OU has a great music program, church choirs, High Schools marching bands and Jazz bands would be GREAT. Local bands....... Need more next year. I know the Brooksie way is in the early years. Need more port a jo...hns on the course too. I do look forward in doing the Brooksie next year. I know it is A LOT of hard work and I THANK all who put this on.
Great job :)

Brenda Hively My husband and I ran the half for the second year and again loved the course. Technically the shirts are slightly different (orange leaves, black outline). Finish line food set up was MUCH better this year. Just need to work on getting started on time and being able to hear start line announcements. Great race right here in Michigan!

Valerie Pement This was my first time running the Brooksie... I loved every minute. Thanks L. Brooks Patterson.....

Curt Great run. I had a great time and look forward to next year.

Kevin M Novess this was my second time running the Brooksie way half marathon..another great run, and nice crowd support. the only thing I would change is the running shirt, except for the date it was the same as last year !!!

Kelly Awesome Race. Thanks so much everyone; The organizers, the volunteers. We had a blast. I cannot wait until next year. I love it that we are doing something healthy in Oakland County. I live in Rochester Hills and I am sooo thankful for this event:)

Sara Great race! May I mention that the after-race spread was MUCH better than it was last year!? Good work, organizers.
