I have a question: I took the pastry class where we made a FABULOUS apple berry crumble, a single crust pie where we baked the crust first before we put in the apple berry filling. My question: if I make a double crust pie (ie apple) do I cook the bottle crust first, then fill it, or cook everything at once--I'm a beg...inner, can you tell? By the way: the class was wonderful, the pie was great, and I plan on signing up again and again. You guys are the best.Read More
