Celebrate Irish Heritage at Oyster Fest!
The first ever Paddy’s Oyster Fest is hitting downtown Portland on
October 17th at Paddy’s on 1st and Yamhill and the proceeds from this
all day event celebrating Irish heritage will benefit The Freshwater
Trust. Yamhill street, outside Paddy’s, will be closed for the day to
hold the... main tent which will feature Oysters on the Half-Shell, BBQ
Oysters, Pan Fired Oyster Sandwiches & Oysters Rockefeller. Live
music from Blaine Larson, Ravishers and St James’s Gate, Irish dancers
and the occasional bagpiper will entertain the crowd throughout the
day. Face painting and other family friendly activities will also be
available during the day. Cover charge is $10 from 2pm and families and
children welcome. Sale of alcohol only to those over 21 years of age
with proof of ID.Read More
