If your class does not talk about the above mention topics (they won't) then you have to turn to alternative sources (i.e. youtube, facebook, twitter, etc...) You have to see the big picture first to really understand why there is a growing concern regarding gov. actions in every major proposition, resolutions, bills and act.

My question is, what does it mean that H1N1 is now a National Emergency...? Has anyone seen it defined anywhere as to what it means exactly?? Because it's clearly different than a Hurricane or some natural disaster that we need to rebuild and clean up afterward's. It's like a declare war on terror... what exactly does that mean?
