I thought he might be under pressure from both Moyes and Gretzky; Moyes for the money and Gretzky to bring up worthless goalies like Tordjman and foster that "young team" ideal he seemed to love. Either way, I loved Tellqvist, too. He was a great goalie, and I remember him being fantastic in the game against the Thrashers (for example) last season. I was really sorry to see him go. He is definitely worth a player and a 2nd round pick, as you say.

i never really grew fond of him while he was here... but i would sure take him over labarb. But... that's not saying much anyway. He was a pretty good goalie. 2nd round pick plus a player? eh maybe... but he isnt playing this year in the nhl is he? If not.. then we got somethin for nothing

was at the game tonight bryz made great saves tonight we kinda made to many extra passes but that goal by yandle was top shelf then the empty net goal we got when it was called a penalty shot that was sick lol go yotes

Danny carcillo was loved here !! but unfortunately the game of hockey is won with pucks in the net !!! the fighting was fun to watch, but being short handed all of the time was not...We got a steal deal with upshall !!! I really like Danny {Carcillo } but we are a better team without him....and I like the direction the teams headed in...sorry Dan

I think shane is very strong, and as of late getting some good shots on the net !! but he's missing these opportunitys, and not by much...he's been right there for some good chances...losing the pucks control hasn't helped either... Don't give up on shane though, the guy can play hockey !!! and im certain that he will score some goals this year...

I still remember the game against san jose last season where we were down by 1 near the end of the 3rd. We took a penalty and during the kill Doan bowled over a guy, took the puck, powered above the circle and ripped a slapper past Nabokov like a freakin monster! That's why i think he wears a superman outfit under the jersey.
