They've sold a TON, though! He should be happy, they didn't even think the Wii would do this good. It was literally a fluke that made them 1 hojillion dollars cash money. Their reluctance to "just say hey" on this probably means Wii 2 is right around the corner, or at least about to be revealed, possibly (probably) at E3 2010.

I think the vitality sensor would be of better use in MindFlex than on the Wii....Depending on weapons, I would prefer MotionPlus, or at least support...If Vitality sensor is required, I hope there's a bundle...Maybe sequels will be Epic Goofy and Epic Donald.

If they've already recouped their development cost (which it would seem they have) and they're not paying for printing disks, packaging them, shipping them, and any other fees for shelf space, the pay-whatever-you-want is a great marketing ploy. It's attention grabbing. It will increase install base. (Which should increase fan base, which increases... Read More word of mouth buzz. Which should lead to further sales.) And, there might even be a few avid fans who wish to show their appreciation by paying what they think the game's actually worth.
