WEST BEND, Wis. (AP) -- A Wisconsin man has been charged with strangling his teenage stepson and leaving the body in a minivan in a Walmart parking lot.

GERMANTOWN - Germantown Police have identified a 14-year-old boy who was murdered outside the Walmart along Appleton Avenue in the village.
