Topeka PD is attempting to identify two suspects who are believed to be involved in multiple felony theft cases. One of these thefts occurred at a local Topeka Wal-Mart store, where both suspects were caught on surveillance video. The 1st suspect is described as a white male in his forties with short hair and glasses. ...The 2nd suspect is a black male also in his forties wearing a red and blue jacket. Topeka, Kansas SAFE Trick-or-Treat candies, courtesy of IAFF Local - 83 (Firefighters Union) and the Topeka Fire Department will be available to the general public on Halloween night Saturday, October 31, 2009; between the hours of 5:00pm – 8:00pm or until all the candies have been distributed. The candies will be available for pickup at all City of Topeka fire stations on a first come, first serve basis.
