We'll try to roll up some of our discussion conclusions there, as we go along, and always keep that page current.
But Facebook is certainly our (enterprise) tool of choice right now, so a FIRST-STEP might be to START a Facebook group for YOUR city.
In Indy, we now have several... but importantly, to the point of creating a COMMUNICATIONS TEAM, we've created our group at...
