Pete Sellers, whose recipe for Strawberry Jell-O-based fake brain matter seemed both practical and tasty, except for the fact that this guy is a total charlatan, because one of the ingredients in his fake brain recipe was PINEAPPLE, and, as everyone knows, pineapple secretes an enzyme called bromelin that inhibits the jelling process, because Jell-O is a protein mesh with trapped pockets of liquid, and the bromelin cuts the protein chains and keeps the gelatin from jelling properly -- but, now that I think about it, you could probably still add the pineapple if you heated it to a temperature high enough to denature the bromelin enzyme ((a protein itself!)), making it functionless, and leaving the gelatin protein molecules intact and insoluble, so I guess maybe he’s on the up and up after all...
